• Must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• You must register under your real name and provide accurate information.
• Each person may register only one account.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active.

Bhaggu may request identity verification (KYC) at any time after registration. You will be required to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

All financial transactions on Bhaggu are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket are currently accepted for deposits and withdrawals. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

• The mobile banking account used for withdrawals must be registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• To prevent money laundering, Bhaggu may request additional verification for large transactions.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing from your bonus balance.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳ 10,000. Wagering requirement: 10x the bonus amount.
• Weekly Cashback: Every Monday, 10% of the previous week's net losses is returned to you. No wagering requirements apply.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and earn a 5% bonus on their first deposit. This bonus applies once only.
• Free Bet: Free bets are awarded under specific conditions. Winnings from free bets can be withdrawn directly.

Before placing a bet on Bhaggu, you must read the specific rules for each game or event. The general betting rules are listed below.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless a Cash Out option is available).
• If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Bhaggu reserves the right to void that bet.
• If an event is cancelled, stakes placed on that event will be refunded.
• Bhaggu is not liable for bets that fail to process during live betting due to connection issues.
• Maximum winnings are capped — the limit for each game or event is stated on its respective page.

Sports Betting markets may be suspended at any time at Bhaggu's discretion — particularly where match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are suspected. In such cases, stakes will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bhaggu platform. Violating these restrictions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system to generate risk-free profits (bonus hunting/arbitrage).
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Deliberately exploiting known technical glitches on the platform for personal gain.
